Phoenix International is an international freight forwarder and logistics solutions provider. At the time Warner began working with them, they were operating under the name T.Network. They had grown a substantial business, but still lacked brand recognition and a clear brand voice.
Through stakeholder interviews and market research, Warner developed a brand narrative and key messages to support the launch of the rebrand to Phoenix International. In advance of the announcement, Warner worked with the executive team to prepare them for media interviews and set the stage for a successful brand launch.
