Start Elevator is NYC-based, family-owned business that provides tailored elevator maintenance and repair to a variety of residential and commercial clients throughout New York and New Jersey. The company was seeking to expand and wanted a public relations program to augment its rebrand and first-time marketing outreach. Warner created a comprehensive, two-tiered campaign, both highlighting the inspirational industry success story of founder and president Jack O’Shea and establishing him as a thought leader for vertical and trade press.
